Klim is a German startup working with farmers to help them transition to regenerative agriculture and get paid for it. AFN caught up with CEO Robert Gerlach at the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit in San Francisco last month to learn more about their work, how the European market compares to the US, and whether the potential for carbon farming and markets is over-hyped.
