Ensure that the execution of the project occurs according to the planning previously agreed with the client, from implementation and monitoring to the delivery of the project, with all activities completed with quality, within the deadline, ensuring customer satisfaction with our solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Support in the implementation and delivery of the project, meeting deadlines and ensuring the quality of the work carried out;
- Monitor and configure hardware and peripherals on customers’ agricultural machines;
- Assist in training solution users, through technical, practical and theoretical training, to customers, through teaching materials and audiovisual presentations. (SGPA, PBI and Technical);
- Participate in the implementation of projects following the methodology described by the responsible departments and deliver all current project documents to the client, through validations at each stage (partial and final terms of acceptance);
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Office Package;
- CNH B;
- English/Spanish (desirable);
- Higher education in Electrical, Mechatronics, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy or Technical education in Precision Agriculture, Automation or related areas;
- Experience in the Sugar and Energy Sector;
