Senior Account Manager Landwirtschaft (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support of insetting projects – you take over and develop projects with partners from the food industry to make their value chain more sustainable and reduce emissions.
• You convince farmers to work with us on the projects and to be open to a long-term step-by-step expansion of regenerative measures.
• You support farmers who work with us and build strong and trusting relationships.
• You ensure that the project goals are met and develop creative methods if they are at risk.
• You think about strategies for the successful implementation of your projects and implement them over the year.

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience and have skills in project management and regenerative agriculture. Ideally, you have experience with dairy farms and their challenges.
• Relation to agriculture: You grew up on a farm and have completed agricultural training or studies. Agriculture is close to your heart and you understand the challenges of the industry.
• You have a thirst for knowledge about solutions and measures to overcome the challenges in agriculture in the long term and sustainably and to implement them with companies.
• You enjoy working in a team, are happy to accept help and are available to the team with your skills.
• You enjoy and have the ability to communicate directly in person, by telephone and in writing with farmers.
• You meet them at eye level and find common ground and solutions.
• You are motivated by dealing with new fields and participating in and building up a new market.
• You can make decisions in the interests of the projects and enjoy finding practical solutions that you can implement at short notice.
• You speak fluent German and are good at communicating.
