We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate for a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, lead generation, new business development, business planning, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary environment
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Contribute to business planning and market analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; advanced degree preferred
- 2 years of work experience, preferably in the life sciences, pharma, or TechBio industry
- Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies and effective customer engagement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in new business strategy development
