Smart Spraying for Smart Farming

Join us at Verdant Robotics as we revolutionize agriculture through robotics and AI.  We use computer vision and machine learning to understand every part of every plant at a massive scale — and with automated robotics, we close the loop and act on that information in real-time.  Our unique digital-twin and mm-accurate spraying technology unlocks phenomenal increases in productivity and efficiency – helping farmers grow more profitability with fewer inputs, realizing savings from day one.
As Director of Sales, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Service, and Engineering Leadership to oversee direct sales to growers and coordinate, influence, and enable sales through dealerships both nationally and internationally. As a tactical leader, you’ll drive the execution of reporting and metrics while contributing to strategic initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in translating product success to market success. Working with global leaders in computer vision, machine learning, and robotics, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of customer and partner relationships. Your role involves closely working with the Verdant leadership team to set go-to-market strategy, develop relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of Verdant’s Sharp-Shooter smart sprayers and associated data products to growers directly and via authorized dealerships.
This role involves significant travel (up to 90%) both domestically and internationally. Verdant’s headquarters is located in Hayward, CA, about a 25-30 minute average commute from most places in the Bay Area. We offer competitive pay and a great team environment.
