What you’ll do

Perform stages of planting tasks (Seedings, transplanting, harvesting)

Ensuring all products meet high standards

Packaging of harvested produces for delivery and/ Shipment

Upkeep records pertaining to Production, Plant Health and Grow system
-
Perform and follow housekeeping checklists throughout the farm and farm equipment

Practice standard operating procedures to ensure corps’ health, minimize wastage and increase yield

Ensuring our crops growth requirements, such as lighting, soil PH, and nutrients, are consistently met
-
Identifying and resolving potential threats to crop yields, such as applying pests. management practices
-
Full compliance in using personal protective equipment and adhering to workforce health & safety and food safety practices

Report and assist CTO in on-going and ad-hoc projects
What you’ll need

Minimum Diploma or ITE in Plant Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related fields

Good communication skills
-
Able to take initiative to improve processes and troubleshoot problems

Able to organize well and adhere to deadlines
-
Preferably have experience or interest in farming or gardening environment
-
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-
Full-time minimum 6 months required
