Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Assist farm input business verticals in brand communication, messaging, and product promotions.
- Lead branding, advertising, and BTL/ATL promotional activities to enhance visibility and penetration.
- Guide and support the operations teams in aligning with the brand’s goals and marketing strategies.
- Sync with sales team and monitor service delivery to our retail partners.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Master’s in (MBA or equivalent degree) in Marketing.
- 6-8 years of Experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
- Language: Telugu, Hindi are mandatory.
