It’s been a quiet couple of weeks in agrifoodtech as we stagger into 2024, but there have been a few noteworthy developments since our last installment: Indian precision farming co Fasal bagged $12 million from TDK Ventures and British International Investment; ADM struck a deal to acquire Nutreco subsidiary PT Trouw Nutrition Indonesia; and Danone unveiled plans to sell its premium organic dairy business in the US to private equity firm Platinum Equity.
