Lead the Charge: What You’ll Own:
The Marketing Manager at Chinova Bioworks will lead and drive the company’s marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing a high-performing marketing team, overseeing brand management, and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to use data-driven insights to refine marketing tactics. Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with key industry partners to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

Your Impact at Chinova:

Develop and execute the brand and marketing strategy to establish Chinova Bioworks as a leader in the natural preservation industry.

Architect the marketing structure, covering communications, public relations, design, brand strategy, consumer insights, and agency partnerships.

Oversee and manage the annual marketing budget.

Drive credibility with target investors and partners by creating media opportunities, awards, and amplifying them via top-tier social media, communications, and PR platforms.

Build a network of scientific advisors, influencers, and leading advocate consumers.

Generate consumer insights to shape product development and positioning.

Support product launches and marketing efforts for Chinova Bioworks’ Chiber™.

Craft and launch a compelling narrative for Chinova, supported by digital/physical assets and prominent press coverage.

Utilize marketing and sales automation technologies to implement and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Foster and maintain relationships with key partnerships and collaborators.

Collaborate with the Sales team, consulting partners, and service providers to understand product offerings, create content, and deliver high-quality leads to meet growth objectives.

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing programs, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Manage all aspects of marketing projects, including contractors, vendors, timelines, and deliverables.
Your Unique Superpowers:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives with a focus on commercialization, working alongside business, tech, and/or science teams.

Experience in establishing a category-defining technology brand for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Proven ability to create impactful content and communication programs that drive movements.

Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams, including managing a network of agencies (communications, branding, design, etc.).

Knowledge of paid digital ads, and experience with HTML, CSS, or PHP is a plus.
