There’s been a lot of news brewing lately around fermentation, including a new raise by Germany’s ProteinDistillery. Over in India, Rozana, which runs an e-commerce/logistics platform for rural parts of the country, announced its own fundraise this week. Stateside, famed hot dog-maker Oscar Mayer unveiled a plant-based “NotDog” in partnership with NotCo, John Deere’s “right to repair” case drags on, and Iowa saw new legislation around meat labeling.
