Motorleaf is seeking a seasoned salesperson with experience in agricultural and greenhouse industries to be our key accounts manager for Spain, selling our agronomist.ai software platform into Spanish greenhouses.
As Motorleaf’s Key Account Manager you will identify opportunities within the greenhouse and agricultural industry’s leading businesses, and cultivate strong relationships with senior management professionals to increase sales. You will collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to generate demand, and help us generate new business. Not afraid to question the technological status quo and help develop new products, you will work with us to improve our sales plan and market share.
· 5+ year’ experience within the agricultural industry
· Proven track record in business development and sales
· An extensive network with key agricultural producers, specifically with vegetable greenhouse operators
· An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
· Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written
· A willingness to collaborate within Motorleaf head office using CRM (HubSpot) software
